Dr. Isa was born in Cuba and raised in the Miami Area. He attended the University of Florida for his Undergraduate and Medical School degrees. Dr. Isa was born in Cuba and raised in the Miami Area. He attended the University of Florida for his Undergraduate and Medical School degrees. Dr. Isa completed a 2-year Psychiatry residency at Emory University in Atlanta prior to changing his specialty to Neurology. Dr. Isa followed his residency with a fellowship in neurophysiology with a focus on EEG and EMG testing. Dr. Isa joined Neurology Associates, P.A. in 1998 and has served the Central Florida community for over 25 years.
Dr. Isa has been actively involved in various industry clinical research studies, taking on roles as either the principal investigator or sub-investigator. Dr Isa states, "I have enjoyed the opportunity to partner with patients and their families to obtain care for their neurological diseases which are often life changing. My goal is to advocate for my patients so they can receive the best possible care for their conditions."
