Kelly Turan APRN

 Kelly started her journey by obtaining her Registered Nursing certificate at Sewickley Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 1992. She then made her way back to Florida to work in the Neuroscience/Orthopedics field at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala and the Villages. Kelly later pursued her Bachelor’s in Science nursing degree at the University of Florida in 2006, where she conducted her clinical rotation in Palliative Care and Neurology. Her educational journey didn't end there, as she pursued and completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Florida in 2009. Following that, Kelly became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center in the spring of 2010. 

 Kelly joined Neurology Associates in February 2014; she specializes in general neurology and sleep medicine.     Continuing her professional growth, Kelly remains an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association and Florida Nurses Association. These organizations play a crucial role in keeping Nurse Practitioners updated on the latest developments in the field. Kelly also stays engaged in ongoing Clinical Research within the realm of Neurology.
