Seth Crouch

Seth grew up in Central Florida and earned his Associate of Arts in Business from Seminole State College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida. His interest in people, culture, and communication was shaped in part by the year he spent living in Japan as an exchange student—an experience that broadened his perspective and continues to influence his approach to work and life. With a strong appreciation for meaningful, patient-centered care, Seth is grateful to have found a role in clinical research where operational excellence supports better outcomes. He joined Neurology Associates in 2024 and now serves as a Research Assistant and Business Efficiency and Growth Consultant. His background in claims processing, small-business ownership, and workflow optimization has equipped him with a balanced skill set that strengthens both the clinical and administrative sides of the research department.
